CEDAR FALLS, Iowa—Melissa Pence joins AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising as a Regional Fundraising Adviser. Pence focuses on providing counsel and direction to nonprofit clients regarding their fundraising efforts and leads feasibility studies and capital campaigns. Pence serves clients throughout Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin.

Prior to joining AMPERAGE, Pence worked in various director and leadership roles for the Alzheimer’s Association and Sisters of Mercy for nearly two decades. Pence graduated from Loras College with a bachelor’s degree in public relations in 2000. She then received her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential in 2010, followed by a master’s in strategic leadership from Mount Mercy University in 2015.
