Mickey has worked in human resources nearly her entire career. She loves guiding individuals and organizations to be the best they can be, finding her biggest sense of accomplishment when others are succeeding. Mickey’s background in leadership, her compassion for others and a willingness to play devil’s advocate as needed all play into her wheelhouse of professional skills.
Mickey is a member of the local and national Society of Human Resources Management and serves on multiple committees at her church. She enjoys life’s simple pleasures — eating, drinking and being merry with her loving husband, children and friends. You’ll find them playing cribbage together, watching college sports or relaxing on their boat in the summer months.
Mickey moves the needle by identifying and implementing strategies to support the work of the entire staff of AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising.
