This highly personalized campaign centered on patient/provider testimonial videos with the theme, “My Mile Bluff Story.” The goal was to increase brand awareness and patient volumes in the OB-GYN/Family Medicine and Orthopedics departments.

The campaign was designed to highlight Mile Bluff’s patient-focused culture and focus on hands-on, personalized care. We told the Mile Bluff story through patient and provider video and audio testimonials that highlighted positive patient outcomes.

AMPERAGE used a drive-to-web strategy to drive audiences to a landing page, where they were encouraged to engage with the content by watching any of the seven videos. Facebook and Google Display Image ads, as well as seven print ads and three :30 radio segments (2 patient and 1 doctor stories) helped capture audience attention and drive them to the landing page. Campaign success was measured by impressions, click-through rates and video views.

Outstanding Results

The OB-GYN/Family Medicine campaign garnered 4,297 clicks from display ads, 2,156 Facebook post engagements, 1,984 clicks to the website, 1 million display impressions and 450,000 Facebook impressions. Orthopedics generated 2,850 clicks from display ads, 1,849 post engagements, 1,747 clicks to the website, 550,000 display impressions and 300,000 Facebook impressions. Mile Bluff also reported a surge in inquiries and patient appointments.
