AMPERAGE showcased the Indian Hills community through strong, concise writing, powerful imagery and high-end video work to show prospective students all that Indian Hills has to offer. Indian Hills also connected to its audience on a more personal level through social, digital and traditional communication platforms.
Guerrilla & Digital Marketing
The cross-platform campaign focused on both guerrilla and digital marketing techniques to reach the community. Guerrilla techniques included developing an elevator speech, creating a “Life. Changing.” award and recruiting parents. Digital campaign elements included redesigning the website and placing online ads inviting prospective students on a visit, to showcase the “Life. Changing.” experience. From email salutations to branding content written for the website, each interaction students have with Indian Hills Community College has been carefully crafted to reinforce the “Life. Changing.” experience.
The new brand instilled an energized sense of pride and passion for the college. Rollout of the brand continues through targeted content marketing written in the voice of a college-aged student, allowing prospective students to read about Indian Hills in a voice and tone that connects to their interests and opportunities.
