AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising announces new Creative Director Sarah Pauls
AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising is elevating creative by welcoming Sarah Pauls to the team as the Creative Director. In the newly created position, Pauls will guide the agency’s integrated creative products including the development of brand, copy, design, digital, video and more.

With more than 15 years working in design, art direction and creative leadership, Pauls will collaborate with and connect AMPERAGE’s team of designers, copywriters and account management. Together, they’ll elevate creative solutions for clients in healthcare, education, nonprofits, finance & insurance, and manufacturing/B2B.
Since 2011, Pauls has worked as the Marketing Manager at the College of Humanities, Arts and Sciences at the University of Northern Iowa (UNI). There she helped redesign the North American Review, strategized and designed marketing campaigns, led the branding and creative direction of the Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center, and held a leadership role in the university’s new brand rollout. She was an Art Director at what is now AMPERAGE prior to that. Pauls has her BFA in graphic design from Iowa State University and her MA in Creative Writing from UNI.
“I love getting to make creative work for a living,” said Pauls. “Design is a service-centered profession, helping people achieve their goals. It is truly rewarding work in endless ways. I am so happy to be part of the Amperage team as their creative director.”
