AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising announces Rachael Holland as Vice President of Growth

As AMPERAGE Marketing & Fundraising prioritizes strategic growth, the agency announced the promotion of Rachael Holland to Vice President of Growth. Holland will take on the new role to focus on creating long-term value for AMPERAGE’s teams and clients.

“Rachael has been a high performer since she first joined AMPERAGE in early 2017,” said Bryan Earnest, President and CEO of AMPERAGE. “Her growth mindset has been instrumental in building client relationships and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. We have complete confidence in her ability to formulate and implement comprehensive growth strategies.”

In the new role, Holland will continue to be involved in client work, but with a concentrated focus on overall business strategy and growth opportunities that will drive the company’s long-term success. She will also serve on AMPERAGE’s CORE team with Earnest and three fellow vice presidents: Erin Bishop (Vice President of Strategy), Annette Schulte (Vice President of Content) and Brian Foelske (Vice President of Operations).

Holland previously served in the role of Business Development Manager prior to her role as Director of Marketing at AMPERAGE. She earned her undergrad from the University of Northern Iowa and her MBA from Kaplan University.

“In a world where the only constant is change, the ability to adapt and grow is crucial for success,” said Holland. “I am excited to work alongside a talented team to identify innovative approaches that will fuel organizational growth.”

The new role follows a bevy of leadership and community involvement that Holland proactively sought out outside of AMPERAGE. From raising more than $40,000 for Foundation 2 Crisis Services and Tanager as part of Cedar Rapids Metro Economic Alliance’s Leadership for Five Season’s class to serving on the board for the Iowa Giving Crew and American Heart Association’s executive leadership team, Holland has demonstrated her passion and commitment to making a positive impact.

With a focus on doing work that positively impacts people’s lives in significant ways, AMPERAGE serves as a marketing partner that elevates brands through digital marketing, content solutions, fundraising, branding, graphic design, media planning & buying, public relations, planning & strategy, research, SEO and video production.
